Neil Fillbrook FCII, Chartered Insurer - Founder, Owner and Investor. Neil has significant leadership expertise gained from a variety of executive management positions in major financial services organisations, as well as through setting up and growing his own successful company. He holds a number of board positions and investments in Europe. Neil now shares his leadership experience by offering executive coaching and mentoring for others wishing to enhance and fulfil their own potential.
Marie Fillbrook BA MBACP - Director and Co-Founder. Marie is an experienced executive having worked for large financial services companies before launching her own Private Counselling Practice in the UK and France, offering an integrative form of Counselling/Psychotherapy, based upon the Person-Centred, Gestalt and Solution Focused Brief Therapy approaches. Professional Support for Wellbeing as well as individual counselling is provided to several large organisations as well as on-site support for traumatic events in the workplace. Marie is an Accredited member of the BACP.
